Working remotely from Torquay, Ali visits our office once a month, when the border permits. Her role sees her providing support for the sales team, undertaking stock control and data, organising our monthly meetings and managing the future strategic direction of Key 2 Sale with Gail Richards and Al Lamond.⁠ ⁠

Empowering our team to be the best versions of ourselves through leadership mentoring, Ali loves working for an agency that cultivates personal development, growth and innovation. Thriving on progression and simply 'getting it done', she started her Real Estate career at 19, came in and out of the industry before returning, after a long break, to complete her Certificate IV in Property Services.⁠ ⁠

Outside of work, Ali will be running, hiking, singing or hanging out with her gorgeous, out going, full on twin boys.⁠
