Our Story

It was the dream and the vision of Principal, Gail Richards to combine sales and home staging services to her clients in the Mount Gambier area. So after 12 years of real estate sales experience, in 2016, Key 2 Sale was born. Gail was very clear with the direction she wanted to take the business; bringing together her real estate knowledge and home staging passion to assist clients obtain fantastic results through property presentation and innovative marketing techniques.

Since commencing solely on her own in September 2016, Key to Sale in just 12 months expanded.  Al Lamond, a passionate and proactive real estate agent, joined the team as part owner and Director. With over 10 years’ experience in the industry and having worked previously with Gail it was a natural & proven partnership.

Abby Hepburn, joined taking on the role of Administration. Bringing youth and energy to the team, she is highly motivated and passionate about progressing in the industry and is currently undertaking studies to become a sales consultant.

Sharne Evans, joined the team in September 2017 as Client Services Manager. With an extensive background in Conveyancing, she understands the work involved in getting the desired result for the client and has a natural flair & background in real estate industry.

Together, the team at Key 2 Sale Real Estate are always looking for innovative ways to market and promote your property using digital marketing, social media and video together with the more traditional methods of print media and open inspections.
