Gail specialises in the sale of residential, coastal and country living properties, and also has extensive experience in subdivision, development and council processes. With 21 years’ industry experience, she has a comprehensive understanding of local markets, and a proven track record of achieving outstanding results for vendors and purchasers.
With her trademark drive and energy, Gail takes a personal approach to every property listing. As a Certified Staging Professional (CSP) – Home Staging Specialist, she has a passion for presenting homes to maximise sales potential with minimal days on the market. From pre-market attention-to-detail to in-house videography, professional photography, prompt communication and after-sales service, Gail always endeavours to deliver the most positive experience possible with 100% efficiency. A tireless worker, Gail is undoubtedly one of the industry’s high achievers, and strong client relationships based on care, trust and sincerity are key to her approach.
Outside of work, Gail actively volunteers for a number of organisations, and has a busy family life with two primary school-aged children.
